MUGCART is dedicated to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience for every order. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your purchases. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Free Shipping
MUGCART offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or promotional codes needed. Every order qualifies for complimentary standard shipping. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international addresses, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping offers at any time, but we will always honor the policy in effect at the time of your order.
Order Processing and Handling Time
Once you place an order, our team begins preparing your items as quickly as possible. The handling time for all MUGCART products is 0 to 2 business days. This means that most orders are picked, packed, and ready for carrier pickup within two business days from the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
Please note that handling time begins after your payment has been successfully authorized and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Cut-off Time
To ensure same-day handling for eligible orders, MUGCART enforces a daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will be included in that day’s processing cycle. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. For example, an order submitted at 5:01 PM EST on Monday will be processed on Tuesday (assuming Tuesday is a business day).
Transit Time and Delivery
After your order leaves our facility, the estimated transit time is 3 to 6 business days for destinations within the contiguous United States. This window includes all carrier shipping time and does not include the 0–2 day handling period. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer due to carrier routing. MUGCART is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier operational issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.
All shipments are made via reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address and Delivery Confirmation
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. MUGCART cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply. Delivery confirmation will be recorded by the carrier; once the package is marked as delivered, MUGCART assumes no further liability for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
Currently, MUGCART’s free shipping offer applies only to domestic orders within the contiguous U.S. International shipments are available for an additional fee and may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Transit times for international orders vary and are not covered by the 3–6 day estimate.
