- Only items purchased directly from MUGCART (via our official website or authorized channels) are eligible. Products bought from third-party retailers must be returned to the original seller.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as personalized or customized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us immediately.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Starting a return or exchange is simple:
